Recycling
While the idea of going GREEN is new to many people in today’s world, Goodwill Industries has been recycling donated goods for over one-hundred years. We are one of the largest recyclers in the world.
Through recycling of donated goods revenue is earned to help provide services to individuals with barriers to employment. These services help those individuals become self sufficient.
At this time we are recycling cardboard, plastic, metals, clothes, shoes, hats, belts, purses, books and stuffed toys. We also have a partnership with the Lake Erie Correctional Facility to recycle small appliances and computers.
