Goodwill from January 2, 2013 through April 26, 2013. For each bag of donations you drop
off you will receive one entry to win a Hyundai Elantra from Nassief Automotive
Group!

donations:

How
will the Prize(s) be awarded: There will be 12
finalists drawn at random from all entries received. Two finalists from each
drop off location to be drawn on the following dates:

Ashtabula Goodwill 5/1/13

Each finalist will receive a key. On May 4th all
finalists will come to Nassief Automotive Group in Jefferson
to try their keys where one key will fit the Hyundai Elantra.

Winner(s) will be responsible
for any taxes and fees of any type associated with the receipt and/or use of
any prize including, without limitation, income taxes and sales and use taxes,
and any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided
for in the Official Rules. Media One
Group assumes the right to withhold from any cash prize any amounts required to
be withheld pursuant to federal, state or local law.
Contestant(s) and their personal representatives, heirs,
successors, and assigns, in
consideration for being involved in the CONTEST AND
IN THE EVENT, hereby hold harmless, release, indemnify and
discharge from liability THE RELEASED PARTIES from all
liability, claims, judgments, demands, controversies, agreements, damages,
actions, and causes of action
whatsoever, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO THE CONTEST AN/OR tHE
event, WHETHER in law or equity, no matter what the cause OR NATURE, AND the will FURTHER WAIVE ANY CLAIM THAT they
MIGHT STATE OR ASSERT AGAINST ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES which the
contestant(s) have or may have at
any time arising out of their association with, travel to or from, or
participation in the event or any of its associated activities, or in any other
way related to or resulting from the event or any prizes awarded in connection
with the event. Contestant(s) will
acknowledge and understand that by
signing a release agreement that they will lose any right they may have had to sue ANY OF the RELEASED PARTIES
because of any personal injury, death, OR LOSS that MAYbe sustain while
participating in THE EVENT, or arising out of or as a result of their
participation in the event, EVEN IF SUCH PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR LOSS
RESULTS from or IS caused by THE negligence or gross negligence OF ANY OF THE
RELEASED PARTIES, in whole or in part. Contestant(s)
will further agree to indemnify and
hold harmless THE RELEASED PARTIES from any claim arising out of their
participation in the Event, even if the claim arises out of THE NEGLIGENCE OR
GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, including, without
limitation, all claims brought or
asserted by any third party as a result of any personal injury, death, OR LOSS they
MAY sustain.
Contestant(s) will acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties are not acting as the
manufacturer or distributor of the Event.
Media One Group, LLC, acting as a consumer, acquired the Event for the
purpose of awarding it to a winner in the Contest. With respect to any claims the Contestant(s)
may have as a result of the Event, they covenant that they shall look solely to
its provider, Goodwill Industries or others in the chain of production and
distribution but excluding the Station, Goodwill Industries, Nassief Automotive
Group, its employees and/or affiliates. Contestant(s)
will acknowledge and agree that the
Station has not made any warranties with respect to the Event.
Contestant(s)
will acknowledge and
agree that the Released Parties may subsequently use for publicity and/or
promotional purposes, their name, likeness, photographs, videotapes or other
recordings of contestant(s) participating in the Contest and/or the Event,
without any additional consideration beyond allowing them to participate in the
Contest and/or Event.
Contestant(s)
will consent
to and permit emergency treatment, medical or otherwise, in the event of injury
or illness to myself. And will further
release all persons associated in any manner with the Event from any claim
whatsoever on account of first aid, treatment or services rendered the
contestant(s) during their participation in the Event.
Contestant(s)
will acknowledge
and agree the release they grant shall extend to and protect the agents,
employees, representatives, assigns and successors in interest of the Released
Parties.
Contestant(s) will ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE RELEASE THEY HAVE GRANTED HEREIN
INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL
DERIVATIVE CLAIMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF CONSORTIUM, LOSS OF
SERVICES, AND LOSS OF
COMPANIONSHIP, WHICH ARISE OUT OF ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR LOSS THEY MAY SUSTAIN WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT, OR
ARISING OUT OF OR AS A RESULT OF THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, WHICH MIGHT
BE STATED AND/OR ASSERTED IN ANY
FORUM BY MY SPOUSE, CHILDREN, FRIENDS, FAMILY, LOVED ONES,
AND/OR OTHER THIRD PARTIES.
Contestants must be over
the age of 18 and legally competent to sign a Release Agreement and understand that the representations contained
in the Release Agreement are contractual and not mere recital.
Employees of Media One Group, Contest
Sponsors, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
